Our Standard Cleaning Package is designed for homes that are currently maintained and need routine cleaning. Service includes general dusting, kitchen and bathroom surface cleaning and sanitizing, exterior appliance cleaning, inside microwave cleaning, mirrors, trash removal, and vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of accessible floors.

Standard Cleaning does not include deep-cleaning or detailed work, excessive buildup, pickup or organization, inside refrigerator or oven cleaning, baseboard detailing, blinds, interior window cleaning, or other specialty add-on services. Homes requiring additional attention may be recommended for our Diamond Cleaning Package or quoted for additional services.

Standard Cleaning starts at $175. Final pricing is based on property type, bedrooms, full and half bathrooms, and square footage.

Our Diamond Cleaning Package is designed for homes requiring a more detailed clean than routine maintenance. Diamond includes everything in our Standard Cleaning Package PLUS detailed cleaning of baseboards, doors and door frames, windowsills and latches, accessible ceiling fans, light fixtures and vents, exterior cabinets, and the interior of the refrigerator and oven.

Beds may also be made and linens changed when clean replacement linens are provided and readily available.

Diamond Cleaning does not include dishes, blinds, interior window glass, under-bed cleaning, under-cushion cleaning, pickup or organization, or specialty add-on services. Homes with excessive buildup or conditions requiring additional labor may require an adjusted quote or a different service recommendation.

Diamond Cleaning starts at $275. Final pricing is based on property type, bedrooms, full and half bathrooms, and square footage.

Our Platinum Cleaning Package is our most detailed residential cleaning service. Platinum includes everything in our Standard and Diamond Cleaning Packages PLUS cleaning of accessible blinds, interior window glass, underneath accessible beds, and vacuuming underneath removable couch, sofa, and loveseat cushions.

Clean bed linens may also be changed when replacement linens are provided and readily available.

Platinum Cleaning does not include pickup or organization, dishes, closet organization, unpacking, furniture moving, wall washing, exterior window cleaning, junk removal, or other specialty services.

Areas underneath beds must be accessible without moving heavy furniture or excessive personal belongings. Couch, sofa, and loveseat cushions must be removable for underneath-cushion cleaning.

Homes with excessive clutter requiring pickup before cleaning can begin may require our Home Reset/Pickup Add-On.

Platinum Cleaning starts at $375. Final pricing is based on property type, bedrooms, full and half bathrooms, and square footage.

Our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is a detailed cleaning service designed for completely empty homes before moving in or after moving out.

Service includes detailed cleaning of applicable empty-home surfaces, including inside and outside of cabinets and drawers, inside refrigerator and oven, closets and shelving, baseboards, windowsills, interior window glass, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and accessible floors.

The property must be completely empty at the time of service. Furniture, boxes, clothing, personal belongings, and trash left inside the home are not included.

Blinds, exterior window cleaning, junk removal, furniture moving, heavy wall washing, excessive debris, and other specialty services are not included and may require a separate quote.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning starts at $325. Final pricing is based on property type, bedrooms, full and half bathrooms, square footage, and the condition of the property. Photos are required to receive an accurate quote.

Keep your home consistently clean with recurring service designed around your household and schedule. Top Tier offers Weekly, Biweekly, and Monthly maintenance cleaning for homes that have established a clean baseline.

All new recurring clients are required to complete an initial Diamond Cleaning before recurring service begins. This allows our team to establish a clean baseline and properly assess the ongoing maintenance needs of your home.

Recurring services follow our Standard Cleaning maintenance scope and are customized based on property type, square footage, bedrooms, full and half bathrooms, and selected frequency.

Recurring cleaning starts at $140 per visit for Weekly service, $155 per visit for Biweekly service, and $165 per visit for Monthly service. Final recurring pricing is customized to your home.

Recurring rates apply when services remain on the agreed schedule. Skipped or significantly delayed appointments may require an adjusted rate or additional cleaning if the home no longer meets routine maintenance conditions.

Services may include office and common-area cleaning, restroom cleaning and sanitizing, breakroom and kitchen cleaning, dusting and surface cleaning, trash removal, high-touch surface cleaning, and vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of accessible floors.

Commercial cleaning plans are customized based on your facility size, layout, cleaning needs, service frequency, and requested scope of work.

Need a little help getting your home ready to be cleaned? Our Home Reset Pickup Add-On provides additional pickup assistance when clothing, toys, boxes, or miscellaneous household items are preventing our team from accessing floors and cleaning surfaces.

Our team will gather visible items and place them neatly together in an appropriate or client-designated area. If it is clear where a specific item belongs, we may place it there.

Home Reset is an add-on and cannot be booked as a standalone service. Clients must book a Standard, Diamond, or Platinum Cleaning Package. If pickup is needed before cleaning can begin, Home Reset may be added to your personalized quote after we review photos of the home.

Home Reset does not include organizing, sorting, closet organization, unpacking boxes, laundry, dishes, junk removal, heavy furniture moving, or determining permanent locations for personal belongings.

Pricing is based on the amount of pickup required. Photos are required to receive an accurate quote.
